How to change the Oxy Sensor of the Gas Mix Analyser.

Remove the exausted Oxygen Sensor.
Unscrew the two screws on the head of the Gas Mix Analyser with an 1.5mm Hex screwdriver ^{(not included)}Make sure that the protective cap is placed (picture 2).




Hold the top part of the Gas Mix Analyser and push the cap with your thumb in order to open the Sensor's slot.




Gently unplug the connector using a pair of pilers and remove the exhaused oxygen Sensor.




Place the new Oxygen Sensor.
The Gas Mix Analyser is compatible with:

> Analytical Industries PSR-11-39-MD

> Vandagraph R- 22VAN

Place the Oxygen Sensor inside the top part of the Oxygen Analyser.
ATTENTION: Is important to place the protecition cap on the Oxy sensor in order to avoid accidentally damages on the Oxy Sensor during the assembly.






Plug the connector.






Close the top part of the Gas Mix Analyser (push, do not turn). Make sure that the screw holes match.




Place the two screws.
