RATIO Graded Products
Refurbished products are classified into three Grades.


Grade 1: Like New.

The product appears exactly like a new product. There are no signs of wear and it meets the aesthetic quality standards required for a new product.
This is the highest grade of Refurbished you can choose.

Grade 2: Barely noticeable signs of use.

The product has slight signs of use, such as light scratches often visible only under direct light or to an expert eye. These light signs are usually on the case (in the black part), or on metal parts (buttons, connectors). This is the intermediate grade of Refurbished you can choose, offering an excellent compromise between "almost new" aesthetics and price.

Grade 3: Visible signs of use (not on the display).

The product has visible signs of use, such as scratches or marks. These are not excessive but are visible. Although this is the lowest grade of Refurbished product, the defects are purely aesthetic. The plexiglass/top glass is always replaced with a new one and it passes all the tests required for new products. If the aesthetic factor does not matter to you, this grade offers the greatest savings, still giving you a perfectly functional product.

All grades of Refurbished RATIO devices always come with a new battery and new top glass/plexy.
Each device includes all original accessories and cable (new as well), a brand-new RATIO box (made from recycled paper), and comes with RATIO's standard two-year limited warranty.
